Required Experience:
- Degree in Computer Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementation administration & operation Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365) and traditional (Windows Server, Unix / Linux, VMware).
- Identify and proceed to the resolution of failures and incidents;
- Management and operation of Microsoft Active Directory and its organizational structure (OUs), in relation to users, service accounts, PC's (Desktops + Laptops) and servers (Windows & Linux);
- Management and operation of VMware platforms;
- Manage the use of resources, licensing and respective profiling of Microsoft 365, forecasting trends and anticipating needs and continuous improvement;
- Management & Configuration Manager Operation (Microsoft SCCM);
- Provisioning compute resources (VMs) in
- VMware technology & Microsoft Azure;
- Registration of daily operation with ITSM (ServiceNow) tool;
- Process management in ITSM (ServiceNow) tool
- Implementation and maintenance of the IT governance component (CMDB, TAGs, complicance, Audits, etc.);
- Cost management of the operation Cloud & Microsoft 365;
Skills that will be an asset:
- Advanced knowledge in Operating Systems (Microsoft & Linux);
- Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory;
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365;
- Knowledge in IaaS, SaaS, PaaS;
- Knowledge of ITSM (preferably ServiceNow);
- Knowledge of English language (spoken & written);
- Optional knowledge in IaC strands (Terraform, Ansible)
Certifications (Optional):
- Certification in Operating Systems (Microsoft);
- Microsoft certification recommended for the position: Microsot Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
