Standard Requirements:
- IT Governance and Frameworks:
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT controls and security.
- Risk Management:
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with IT processes.
- Understanding of risk mitigation strategies and control implementation.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Experience with auditing IT processes and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with audit frameworks and methodologies.
- Process Improvement:
- Skills in process analysis and improvement, including the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Communication and Documentation:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to document assessment findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:
- Analytical skills to assess complex IT processes, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization's industry and the ability to ensure IT processes comply with these requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to implement and monitor controls effectively.
- Minimum with 5 years of consulting experience
- Experience in process survey and analysis
- Academic degree at the Bachelor's or Master's level
- Good teamwork ability

- Good skills of Leadership and Communications
- Ability to analise, organize and plan
- High sense of proactivity, responsibility and autonomy
- Language Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English – mandatory;
The salary range for this position varies between 30k-40k gross annually, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
