The salary range for this position varies between 28k-35k gross annually, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.

Standard Requirements:
- Provides recommendations on how to implement or improve data governance policies and procedures
- Creates data governance plans that outline policies, procedures, and standards for data management
- Reviews existing data governance programs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provides guidance on the selection of technologies to support data governance efforts such as data dictionaries and metadata repositories
- Recommends policies and procedures for data security, retention, and disposal
Required Experience:
- Professional hands-on experience with cloud-based projects
- 2+ years’ experience in Data & Information Governance role in particular
- Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices.
- Practical track records in data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.
- Possess knowledge of data related governance regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues.
- Knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions
Skills that will be an asset:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field of study;
- Azure and/or AWS Certifications
- Good teamwork ability
- Customer and delivery focus
- Good skills of Leadership and Communication
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to analyze, organize and plan
- High sense of proactivity, responsibility and autonomy
- Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English – mandatory
