The Problem Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems in our organization. The main objectives are to prevent the occurrence of incidents and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. By overseeing problem resolution processes and ensuring all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, the Problem Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our company's IT infrastructure and services.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years in a problem management role or related function.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required; advanced ITIL certifications (such as ITIL Practitioner or Intermediate Service Operation) are highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes, particularly problem management, incident management, and change management.
• Proficiency in problem management software tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., EasyVista, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to identify trends and patterns.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the energy sector and compliance requirements is an advantage.
