Challenge:
- Manage a monitoring platform for data processing within the ELK technology stack, with a strong focus on the visualization layer (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, others);
- Design and implement new monitoring processes and technologies;
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault detection;
- Develop data ingestion processes using various methodologies and technologies (Kafka, SQS, data collectors, OpenTelemetry, etc.);
- Ensure the integration of events into the ITIL platform;
- Manage a monitoring platform incorporating diverse technologies (computing components, storage components, network components, Azure and AWS clouds);
- Design and implement new monitoring processes and technologies;
- Develop new automation and orchestration mechanisms;
- Participate in the consultation and design phase of systems, manage the platform, and plan its capacity;
- Work together with other teams in developing new processes, services, or controls;
- Keep the documentation that characterizes the implemented processes up to date;
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's (pre-Bologna) or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or similar;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles with a strong component in monitoring and data processing with the ELK stack;
- Experience working in a DevOps culture;
- Experience in data analysis and processing (Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics);
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, data analysis, and statistical models;
- Experience in integration and information processing solutions;
- Experience with CI/CD tools;
- Experience with orchestration and automation tools;
- Experience in creating, monitoring, and maintaining information systems;
- Experience in development and design of solutions;
- Good knowledge and experience with public Cloud Computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc. (at least one of them);
- A proactive approach to detecting problems, areas of improvement, and performance issues;
- Ability to program in one or more high-level languages;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English – mandatory;
- Proficiency in Spanish – preferred.
