Candidate Profile:
- Relevant academic background for the role.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in administration and management of Microsoft SQL Server databases, including installation of relational database software, provisioning user access to databases, data protection, database performance tuning, disaster recovery, etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, IBM DB2, and/or Postgres databases is a plus.
- Proven experience with the full technology stack: Microsoft SQL Server (RDBMS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS) + Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure and Azure cloud data technologies.
- Understanding of data architectures and transactional data services, reporting services, integration (ETL and integration services), and analytical services (analysis services).
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is valued.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Responsibility, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility.
