Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, with over 5 years of experience in on-premise environments;
• Strong knowledge of Python and its application in data engineering projects;
• Significant experience with ETL processes, preferably with widely-used tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, SSIS);
• Familiarity with multiple relational databases, such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, IBM Informix, and knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus;
• Ability to design and optimize data models and reports, ensuring proper modeling and integration of data sources;
• Experience in mentoring and training data engineering teams;
• Skill in effectively communicating with stakeholders and other departments, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective data solutions;
• Knowledge of data infrastructure, pipelines, and data governance, with a focus on scalability and security;
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Ability to lead and influence a technical team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
• Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to data quality;
