Standard Requirements:

 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their needs, objectives, and challenges related to ServiceNow platform implementation.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories that accurately capture stakeholder needs.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow developers to design effective and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Collaborate with the testing team to validate developed solutions and provide feedback for refinements.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

Required Experience:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow platform implementation or similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Skills that will be an asset:
 
  • Experience in process optimization and business workflow analysis.
  • Knowledge of other enterprise systems and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using ServiceNow reporting tools or similar platforms.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Certifications (Optional):
 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Business Analyst Certification
  • Agile or Scrum Certification
Note: While certifications are optional, possessing relevant ServiceNow certifications can be considered an asset and demonstrate a commitment to professional development in the field.

The salary range for this position varies between 32k-40k gross annually, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
